A mixed use project will go forward in the fast growing Wynwood.
A $22 million loan has been obtained by its developers, affiliates of Goldman Properties.
The 21,000+ sq. ft. land is located between NW 26 and 27Th Street. Goldman Properties, based in Miami Beach
is a prime promoter who helped transform Wynwood into an Arts and Entertainment District, and a preferred
Miami neighborhood and the chosen place for the young crowd. At this time it is a pole of attraction for residential and office projects.
The mixed use project will include an eight floor parking garage, which will be a blessing for visitors of Wynwood. The building will also dedicate about 23,000 sq. ft. to offices and 20,000 sq. ft. of retail spaces.
The Wynwood development is expected to break ground in the first week of May 2017 and should be completed in the fall of 2018.
